Delta Court Service, Inc. is a full service Process Serving/Court Service Company located in Queens County for easy access to all 5 Boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties. We provide service throughout New York State, within the 50 States and Abroad.

Our court runners have more than 10 years experience in Court Service. Our relationship with New York State Court Personnel is unrivaled. We are very familiar with all aspects of court work in all New York State Courts.

Our Services

Which courts do we serve?

Federal, State, Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Family, Surrogates and District Courts. Whether it be calendar calls, simple filings, submittals, so-ordering subpoena's, submitting and tracking orders to show cause for signature, writs, appeals, adjounments, document retrievals, case tracking for decisions, recordings, searches, d/b/a's, judgements, etc.

Skip Tracing:

Our skip tracing program can locate any person or entity across the nation. Even in instances when you have little or no information about an individual or entity, our program can locate who or what you are looking for.

We collect as much information as possible about the subject, then analyze and verify this info. Records that are searched include phone number databases, credit card application, and in other debt collector databases, job application information, criminal background checks, credit reports, loan applications, utilities, social security, disability, and public tax information. While some of these records may be publicly available, some cannot be accessed without an appropriate letter from the client showing evidence as to why we are searching it.
